We are now looking for a motivated and experienced financial professional for the role of Chief Financial Officer. This newly established position involves close collaboration with management to support the company’s financial operations.

About the Role
As Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial processes, including financial statements, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will also work on improving financial procedures and implementing new strategies to achieve our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts in line with business strategies.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of key financial metrics and report them to management.
• Plan and implement financial strategies to achieve profitability and growth.
• Monitor compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with auditors and other external financial partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Finance education at university level
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• 5 years of comprehensive tasks in accounting and financial reporting
• Financial law and regulation expertise covering tax laws, financial reporting standards, and local GAAP
• Experience in ERP systems and Excel
• Ability to work in a collaborative international team environment
